RETURN POLICY

Eligible MB products may be returned for store credit ONLY. ALL "SALE" ITEMS, DIGITAL, FACE MASK & LASHES ARE FINAL! Returns must be returned within 15 days of the ship date received with tags attached. Return items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with no stains of makeup or of ANY type and ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED. We DO NOT do refunds. Customers have the option to exchange or will be given store credit. CUSTOMERS are responsible for any return shipping charges. Please send a copy of the receipt with the return (ALL RECEIPTS ARE EMAILED TO CUSTOMERS).

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Eyelashes and mask are non-refundable. We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be canceled. If you should have a need, please email us for arrangements.

 

Delivery Time

 

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7- 14 BUSINESS DAYS & SHIPPED


Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed. For shipping we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking conformation sent via email.

 

Delivery Instructions
Please remember to list your apartment #during check out. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again.

Damaged Items in Transport
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them
